Salary Ranges

YC compensation is competitive but typically below top-tier tech salaries. Software Engineers typically earn $140,000-$200,000 base plus equity; Product Managers earn $130,000-$180,000 base plus equity; Analysts and Operations roles earn $90,000-$140,000 base plus equity.
