Salary Ranges
Superhuman offers competitive market-rate compensation. Software Engineers typically earn $160K–$280K base salary plus equity, depending on level and specialization. Product Managers range from $140K–$220K base with significant equity packages. Data Analysts and specialists earn $110K–$170K base. All roles include comprehensive benefits (health, 401k matching, unlimited PTO), and equity grants are meaningful across all levels. Interview Process
