Salary Ranges

Relativity's compensation varies by role, experience, and location (Chicago-based, but distributed). Software Engineer (mid-level): $140K–$190K base + equity + bonus. Senior Software Engineer: $180K–$240K base + equity + bonus. Product Manager: $130K–$180K base + bonus + equity. Solutions Consultant / Business Analyst: $90K–$130K base + bonus. Sales Engineer: $100K–$160K base + bonus + commission.
