Salary Ranges

Compensation at mParticle varies by role, experience, and location. Software Engineers typically range from $140K–$220K base salary plus equity and benefits. Product Managers generally earn $150K–$210K base. Data Analysts fall in the $100K–$160K range. Sales Development Representatives start around $50K–$70K base with uncapped commission. New York and San Francisco locations command higher ranges. Total compensation packages include equity grants, health benefits, and professional development stipends.
