Staff/Principal Engineers range $220,000–$350,000+. Solutions Architects and Sales Engineers earn $150,000–$240,000 with variable commission. Product Managers typically see $180,000–$260,000 base. Data Analysts and Business Operations roles range $120,000–$180,000. All roles include comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) matching, and meaningful equity packages.
