Salary Ranges
Glassdoor's compensation varies by role, experience, and location (San Francisco Bay Area is primary HQ). Software Engineers typically earn $160K–$280K base salary plus equity and benefits; Product Managers range $140K–$240K; Data Analysts earn $95K–$160K; and Sales Development Representatives earn $60K–$90K base plus commission. Senior leadership roles command $200K–$350K+ total compensation. Actual offers depend on negotiation, team, and market conditions.
Interview Process
