Salary Ranges

Cybereason compensation is competitive with Boston-area tech and cybersecurity standards. Senior Software Engineers typically earn $180K–$250K base plus equity and bonus. Product Managers range $160K–$220K. Security Researchers and Threat Analysts earn $130K–$180K. Mid-level roles (3–5 years experience) sit in the $120K–$160K range. All figures vary by role, experience, and location; equity packages are standard for engineering and senior roles.
