Checkmarx compensation varies by role, experience, and location. Software Engineers typically earn $130,000–$200,000 base salary plus equity and benefits. Product Managers range from $140,000–$210,000 base. Security Analysts and Solutions Engineers earn $90,000–$150,000 base. Senior and staff-level positions command higher ranges, with senior engineers reaching $180,000–$260,000+. Israel-based roles are typically lower than US equivalents. Equity packages and performance bonuses are standard, and relocation packages are offered for qualified candidates.
