Salary Ranges
Amplitude's compensation is competitive with San Francisco Bay Area tech standards. Software Engineers typically range from $180,000–$280,000 base salary plus equity and benefits; Product Managers range from $160,000–$240,000 base plus equity; Data/Product Analysts range from $100,000–$160,000 base plus equity. Senior and staff-level roles command higher ranges. Exact offers depend on experience, role level, and market conditions. Interview Process
