By accessing or using OfferLetter.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by Vibing World Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
OfferLetter.ai is a client-side web application that provides AI-powered tools for analyzing job offer letters and practicing interview skills. The Service operates entirely in your web browser and uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate AI responses. Key characteristics of the Service include:
- You provide your own Anthropic Claude API key to use AI features
- All processing occurs client-side in your browser
- We do not store your data on any server
- AI-generated analysis and coaching are for informational purposes only
3. AI-Powered Features
OfferLetter.ai uses AI to analyze offer letters and provide interview coaching. All AI processing is performed on our servers. Your offer letter text is sent securely for analysis and is not stored after processing. You agree not to submit sensitive personal information (e.g., Social Security numbers, bank details) in offer letter text.
4. No Professional Advice
The Service provides AI-generated analysis and suggestions for informational and educational purposes only. The output of OfferLetter.ai does not constitute legal, financial, employment, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions about job offers, salary negotiations, employment contracts, or related matters. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any AI-generated content.
5. No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- AI-generated content will be accurate, reliable, or complete
- The results obtained from the Service will meet your requirements
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VIBING WORLD INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Generate, distribute, or facilitate the creation of fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content
- Fabricate offer letters, employment documents, or credentials
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use automated systems or scripts to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, visual elements, and documentation, is owned by Vibing World Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any text, documents, or data you input into the Service. AI-generated outputs are provided for your use subject to Anthropic's usage policies.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on the Anthropic Claude API for AI functionality. Your use of the Anthropic API through our Service is also subject to Anthropic's terms of service and usage policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Since the Service operates client-side and requires no account, termination may take the form of restricting access to the application. You may stop using the Service at any time by simply closing the application and clearing your localStorage.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vibing World Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
